Step 2
Activate your AST Member Portal
Once your Direct Debit is ready, we will send an invitation to the email address on your membership form. The portal brings together schedules, entries, personal bests, invoices and key household details.

Step 3
Join Spond
Spond is where we share non-urgent club communication and event sign-ups. Our club code is HFEWR.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then join with the club code or invitation link.

Training sessions
Your coach will confirm your squad. Please attend sessions for that squad only.
- Pool: Arrive 15 minutes early.
- Equipment: Bring goggles and a water bottle. Your joining pack includes a free hat.

Free Self-Led Land Training
Our free Self-Led Land Training programme is available to all members through the Members Portal.
Follow guided sessions at home to build strength and movement quality. Each session includes exercise guidance, demonstrations and safety advice. Follow the guidance provided for your pathway.

Joining competitions
Invites arrive by email and Spond. Official entries are submitted through the AST Member Portal before the club deadline.
